Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & welcome dinner in trattoria

• Arrival at Rome airport and transfer to your central hotel. Settle and relax
• Dinner in a typical “trattoria” in the lively neighborhood of Trastevere, one of Rome’s most authentic and vibrant areas. .

Day 2: Baroque Rome & Colosseum

• In the morning pick up from your hotel for a panoramic tour of Rome. Discover the iconic sites, protagonist of roman Dolce Vita in the 1960’s: Spanish Steps, The Trevi fountain and Piazza Navona still preserving its timeless charm. 
• Free time for lunch.
• In the afternoon, optional Imperial Rome tour, including the Colosseum, Roman forum and Palatine hill.
• Dinner at leisure and overnight.

Day 3: Food market tour & cooking class

• Today’s experience starts from Campo dei Fiori market where you will meet our local chef to live a deep Roman experience. We start with a visit to the colorful  food market to select fresh ingredients. 
• We’ll then move to the kitchen, where you’ll be welcomed by a glass of wine to get into the right mood.Time to learn the secrets of a perfect Italian lunch including pasta making of course!
• Rest of the day at disposal. Overnight.

Day 4: Rome-Sorrento with Pompeii private excursion & lunch in Vesuvian winery

• Train transfer to Naples. Our driver will meet you to take you to Sorrento. 
• On the way we’ll make a stop in Pompeii for a private tour of the Archaeological Park. 
• Time to experience the Southern flavours with a lunch in a family winery at the slopes of Vesuvio Volcano.
• We’ll proceed towards Sorrento. Accommodation in charming relais centrally located. Overnight.

Day 5: Amalfi coast with panoramic lunch

• Today, enjoy the most spectacular drive along the picturesque villages of the Amalfi Coast with breathtaking views of the sea with stops in Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. 
• Taste all the Mediterranean flavours at a local restaurant in Ravello with a spectacular view on the Gulf. The blue of the sea, the scent of lemon trees, the embracing warmth of the Italian sun will give you a special moment to remember.
• Back to Sorrento. Evening at leisure. Overnight.

Day 6: Mozzarella & limoncello making demonstration with pizza cooking class with lunch

• Breakfast. Day at leisure in Sorrento.
• Possibility to book an extra excursion: Mozzarella & Limoncello Making demonstration and Pizza cooking class with lunch . 
• A true Sorrentine experience starts with a visit to a local organic lemon-farm, with tasting of fresh lemonade, lemon homemade jams, extra virgin olive oil on homemade bread and limoncello. 
• Move to the nearby cheese-farm for a guided tour from the organic feeding of the cattle to the Mozzarella making show.  You will taste the fresh Mozzarella  fior di latte, ricotta and Provolone,  all accompanied by a glass of a local organic wine. 
• Finally we head to a local and traditional restaurant for a hands-on Pizza making class. Learn how to make a typical Margherita and then enjoy its unique flavour , followed by homemade dessert and coffee. 
• With a satisfied belly, relax on the journey back to your hotel. 
  Rest of the day at disposal in Sorrento. Overnight.

Day 7: Capri, Anacapri & boat excursion

• Pick up from your hotel and departure by jetfoil to the enchanting island of Capri.
• Once arrived in Capri, embark on a private Gozzo– the typical , handcrafted wooden Capri boat- for an island tour from the sea . On board you’ll find all the necessary comforts to ensure maximum relaxation, including cushions, ​boat mattresses, sun awning and icebox.
• It’s time to explore the island’s renowned landmarks, from the elegant Piazzetta to the lush Gardens of Augustus. Revel in the allure of Anacapri, perched on the slopes of Monte Solaro, where you’ll discover quaint streets, artisan boutiques, and unparalleled vistas.
• Return to Sorrento, dinner at leisure and overnight

Day 8: Capri-Naples Airport

• Pick up from your hotel by our driver and transfer to Capri port.
• From here embark on a jetfoil to Naples. At the port our private driver will be there to take you to Naples airport for your flight.
