Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Salento & welcome dinner at the villa

• Arrival at Brindisi airport and transfer to your beautiful villa on the Salento coast.  The swimming pool and solarium with a breathtaking view on the mediterranean sea will be the best way to settle and relax.
• A juicy welcome dinner  delivered at the villa, a toast with a chilly prosecco and let’s start your Italian vacation with your best girls!

Day 2: Cooking class at the villa & Al fresco dinner

• Today simply relax at the villa swimming pool or walk till the sea jumping into the water from the cliff like a liberating dive…now you’re really ready to switch off and fully enjoy your week!
• Later in the afternoon a local chef will come directly to the villa and teach you the secrets of orecchiette pasta, aubergine parmigiana and pasticciotto dessert. At the end of the cooking class, enjoy your tasteful creations together with a glass of cold rosè wine in an all girls “al fresco” dinner.

Day 3: Boat tour with pic-nic lunch on board

• Today set sail and explore the coast in a private boat tour with lunch on board.
  Day in a private rubber dinghy with English-speaking skipper and pic-nic on board (frisella and tomato / burrata and mozzarella / pizza and pucce / taralli / water / soft drink / prosecco / wine)

Day 4: Wine tasting in historic cellar with lunch 

• Today’s adventure will bring you into the magic world of wine.
• You’ll enter a historic 19th century winery in the Salento countryside where you will hear the stories that stay behind a good glass of Negramaro.
• After a short visit, it’s time to sit together for some delightful wine tasting followed by a tasteful lunch.
• Back at the villa, you’ll have plenty of time to relax and immerse yourself in the book you never have time to read!

Day 5: Visit Otranto old town

• Morning dedicated to some sunbathing. Beach or swimming pool? It will be a hard choice!
• And if you are looking for some real bargains, don’t forget to check out the stall at the local weekly market!
• In the afternoon a minivan will bring you to Otranto and leave you free time to explore this charming town: a maze of cobbled streets, stunning vistas and ancient fortifications. The right place to stop for an authentic Apulian dinner in one of the many local trattorias.

Day 6: Kayak Tour along the Ionian coast

• Today get ready for some funny adventure with your girls. It’s time for a kayak tour!
• After some basic information and safety instructions, you will sail alongside the splendid Ionian coast of Santa Maria di Leuca together with your private instructor. Hidden caves and ravines waiting to be explored.
• After the tour, enjoy some free time on the beach before returning to the villa

Day 7: Beach time & Farewell Dinner cooked by a local mamma

• For your last day in Puglia, we recommend you grab some food for a picnic and make your way to a couple of great beaches close to Gallipoli such as Spiaggia di Punta della Suina, Baia Verde or Spiaggia di Pescoluse.
• For your last night in Puglia, we have prepared something special. A local home cook will come directly to the villa to prepare a typical dinner just for you. 
• You will feel all the warmth of Italian hospitality and taste authentic recipes passed down by generations of local mammas.
• Great food, good company and many memories to share. What better way to end your all female Italian vacation?

Day 8: Departure and Arrivederci!

• Private transfer to Brindisi Airport for departure. Arrivederci!
